Phil is also registered as an Investment Adviser Representative. As a long time financial analyst, Phil transitioned into personal finance after his father passed away with a calling to help as many people as possible plan for both the expected and the unexpected in retirement.
Phil is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech and holds licenses in accident and health, life and fixed annuities, variable life and annuities, as well as property and casualty insurance.
Phil and his wife, Carian, have three kids. In his free time, Phil is often found serving at his church, coaching his son’s flag football team, or out getting in a round of golf.
